We are a church that believes God welcomes all, and so do we. At DCC, everyoe is invited to come as you are – as God made you- regardless of race, ethnicity, class, marrital status, age, mental status, family structure, physical ability, sexual orientation, gender expression, or chosen pronouns.
We are a congregation who welcomes everyone who seeks to be in a relationship with God and nurture their spiritual understanding by walking this journey of faith in your own way and at your own pace.
As a church established in the Congregational tradition of the United Church of Christ, we embrace our connection with the UCC as a welcoming and affirming, justice-minded Christian community that seeks an enduring peace that transcends our own understanding. At a time when established religions are too often portrayed as narrow-minded and exclusive, our community of faith accentuates open mindedness, radical inclusivity, and chooses to live into God’s call for us to be extravagantly hospitable, by believing:
